This is an easy, moist cake. It's a little bit heavier than most cakes, and slices well after cooling. Great for lunchboxes.
- Dump everything in a big bowl.
- Beat the batter well.
- Grease a large tube pan and pour the batter in.
- Bake at 350 for 1 1/4 hours.
- If you want a little topping, put a doily on top and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
- Then remove the doily.
