Cook 40 mins
- In a large stockpot, add the sugar to the milk.
- Bring to a boil.
- Separate with the vinegar.
- Cook until water disappears and only the solids are left and caramelized (about 40 minutes).
- Serve with queso blanco and/or candied fruits.
Used soy milk and came out great. I cooked it an addtional 5 minutes.
