A basic recipe that is simple and relatively inexpensive to make. (Or be creative and add extras to suit your taste...crushed red pepper, plum preserves, etc.)
- Add ingredients to a small sauce pan.
- Cook on medium heat until hot (stirring so it doesn't stick to the pan).
- Cool and serve.
Eww! Too much vinegar! Wish I would have read the reviews first!
Not good at at all! I would have given this 1/2 star if I could have! The amount of vinegar was WAY too much! It went right in the trash! I looked at some other recipes that added a few tbsp. I ended up putting 2 tbsp and that was PLENTY! The only positive thing I can say is that the apricot and applesauce was a nice combo! I wont be making this recipe again... although I will make it with my alterations but probably cutting the recipe in half, since it made more than we could eat.
This was TERRIBLE! Maybe try this with a tsp or tbs of vinegar. I put a 1/3 of a cup and it ruined the sauce. Ugh so bad.
