My rub is not quite the same as the others here. Notably, I don't put any mustard in mine, due to my wife's allergy.

This was a tasty rub that I cut down to use on 1 huge pork steak. I used every ingredient except sumac. I couldn't get that over here in Hawaii but it was still a good taste. Made for Fall PAC 2012.

  1. Blend ingredients together.
  2. Store in a dry dark place up to 6 months.
