This is a great dry rub for any type of pork or barbecue. Vary the amounts of the spices to your taste. This will lasts for weeks if stored in an air tight container.
- 4 tablespoons sweet paprika
- 2 tablespoons chili powder
- 2 tablespoons ground cumin
- 2 tablespoons dark brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons salt
- 1 tablespoon dried oregano
- 1 tablespoon ground black pepper
- 1 tablespoon white pepper
- 1 -2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- Mix all ingredients together.
Made this for bbq pork last night. Was very good a keeper, thank you!
