A rub recipe from my GF and it is pretty darn good :)

Ingredients Nutrition


  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl; mix well.
  2. Store in a covered glass container in the fridge, or freeze in a plastic covered freezer-safe container.
  3. To use; rub all over to coat the beef, pork or chicken.
  4. Marinate if desired.
  5. **NOTE**this rub is good for all kinds of beef, pork and also chicken.

Kind of reminded me between a cross between Greek and Cajun. It was good but a little too salty for my taste.
