This recipe is used in conjunction with my Puerto Rican Arroz Con Pollo (Rice and Chicken) (Puerto Rican Rice and Chicken) dish. This mixture is used to adds flavor to the dish with a true Puerto Rican flair. Store excess mix in an airtight container. Mix can be used for a number of different dishes, but pairs particularly well with chicken and pork.

Made this in conjunction with Recipe #315833... Easy to throw together with ingredients I had in the spice pantry... with the exception of the Mexican oregano, which I picked up at the farmer's market. I loved the fact that I can make a fresh batch anytime I need it instead of buying a huge jar of the pre-mixed spice at the store. Since I only needed 1 TBS, I am planning on using the rest as a rub on some pork chops. Thanks for posting!!!
