Another beer biscuit recipe...quick and easy.
- Combine all ingredients into a medium mixing bowl and mix until well blended.
- Spoon into muffin tin (12 count) that has been lightly sprayed with non-stick coating or lined with muffin liners.
- Bake at 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes until light brown.
Great recipe! FYI - I used one of the newer flavored beers with this recipe & the result was delicious! Just the slightest hint of fruity sweetness!
