Another Waldorf salad but this one is a little different.
- 3⁄4 cup mayonnaise
- 3 tablespoons orange juice
- 3 cups red apples, chopped
- 1 1⁄2 cups smoked turkey, cubed
- 1 cup dried plum, chopped
- 3⁄4 cup celery, chopped
- 1⁄2 cup walnuts, coarsely chopped and toasted
- lettuce leaf (optional)
- In medium bowl, combine mayonnaise and orange juice.
- Add apples, turkey, dried plums, celery and walnuts, tossing to coat.
- chill in refrigerator and then serve on lettuce, if you desire.
