Another Waldorf salad but this one is a little different.

  1. In medium bowl, combine mayonnaise and orange juice.
  2. Add apples, turkey, dried plums, celery and walnuts, tossing to coat.
  3. chill in refrigerator and then serve on lettuce, if you desire.
