Deliciously different salad. Perfect combination of sweet and spicy, crunchy and chewey. The peppery arugula is perfect with the rosemary scented dressing. Just wonderful!

I loved this salad, although I did make a few changes. I can't find arugula, so used romaine lettuce. I loved the dressing, and plan to use it on many salads. Loved the tanginess of the goat cheese. Thank you so much Toni. Darn, I wish my camera worked!

Subbed fresh figs (as we love them) and skipped the honey. The goat cheese, arugula and figs paired very well together.

We don't care much for arugula and it was dreadfully expensive that week so I used romaine I already owned and used brown dried figs I already owned. We all found it very good. It isn't one you'd put on the table every week, but a really good change.

We liked it! I made two substitutions for personal preference, one to use dates rather than dried figs and the other to use romaine rather than arugula. I would make again, cutting the amount of honey as it was too sweet for our taste. Thank you for posting Toni. Made for Potluck Tag, please see my rating system.
