    Dreamer in Ontario's Note:

I got this recipe from the trainer of my dog's puppy obedience class. It's so easy and both my dog and cat love them. For some reason this seems to only work with chicken hot dogs. It does not work with beef.

My wonderful kids, but still my kids...loved this. Even my adoption from the animal shelter suddenly realized she could sit! I couldn't find chicken dogs, so I used turkey dogs. I think the chicken dogs would get harder. But these were a great success tonight. I'll make these often. Thank you for sharing your wonderful doggy recipes! Made for PRMR tag.

My sweet border collie Lucy would do all sorts of tricks for these treats while my two cats just played with them until they were bored and Lucy came by to snatch them up. Thanks for a quick treat for the animals. Made for Photo Tag.

My fussy little poodle *and* my 2 cats loved these little treats, although I would only suggest these once in a while as they are high in salt which if given in excess could be a bad thing for your pet, thanks for sharing Dreamer!...Kitten
