- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 8 ounces sour cream
- 1 onion
- 1 green pepper
- 1 (8 ounce) jar dried beef
directions
- Mix softened cream cheese with sour cream. Chop up onion and green pepper and add to cream cheese mixture. Chop up dried beef and add it to the mixure.

I live in Oklahoma with my hubby and a tribe of kids and animals that keep us very busy. I really got away from enjoying cooking it became such a chore as my kids came along and I got a full time job. My life has slowed down a bit with 2 of my kids out of the house and just one teenager left at home. I have started to want to get back in the kitchen and even my husband has enjoyed making meals with me.
