- 70.87 g jar dried beef, finely chopped
- 3-4 green onions, chopped (i like a lot of onion in mine)
- 226.79 g package cream cheese
- 59.14-118.29 ml sour cream (add enough to make a creamy consistency)
- 14.79 ml garlic powder, i just keep sprinkling and mixing until i get the flavor desired
directions
- Mix everything together with a mixer, serve with Wheat thins or Triscuits.
- Enjoy!

I love this dip and serve it when ever I need a great quick go to app. Always soak the dried beef, I too always change out the water to help get rid of the salt. I have added so many things to this dip, served it hot in winter and cold in summer. Toasted sliced or grounded almonds, chopped. water chestnuts, thinly sliced celery and/ or green peppers,Pinch of pepper, sugar to helps bring out all the flavors. You have to back off the sour cream some, due to the water contents in any veggies you may use.I chill it for at least 3 hours if served cold, mixing in. Couple of times (if I can remember to! ??
