    ms_bold's Note:

While I sometimes mix up the ingredients in my spinach salad to accommodate what is on hand and fresh, I always use the same dressing. This is a real favorite for us. I usually use fresh baby spinach, diced red onion, sliced strawberries and pecans in my salad. I sometimes swap out sliced kiwi or even mandarin oranges for the strawberries. Enjoy!

I really enjoyed this dressing on spinach salad with raspberries and sliced almonds. I decreased the sugar by half and it was still very sweet, so next time I might start with 2 tablespoons and gradually add more if needed.

I was looking for a great dressing for my spinach salad and loved the ingredient list for this one. The only change was that I used 1/3 cup sugar (whisked the sugar and vinegar first to dissolve). I liked the delicate flavor of the white balsamic vinegar and the combination of poppy and sesame seeds. I will make this again! Roxygirl
