I make salad dressings since commercial ones contain way too much sodium. This is a recipe from Betty Crocker's Cookbook, but I reduced the sodium, sugar, and substituted roasted garlic for raw.

  1. Blend all ingredients.
  2. Refrigerate 2 hours, if possible, before serving.
  3. Shake before serving.

Nice little dressing well worth trying. Easy to prepare and great on a green salad. I did use raw garlic as it was just sitting there ready to be used. Also used an apple wine vinegar. Thanks for posting this.
