This is one of our family favourite recipes. We have this all the time during the summer.
- 1⁄4 cup cream
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 1⁄4 lettuce, shredded
- 4 hard-boiled eggs, , peeled and sliced
- Place the lettuce in the bottom of a sallad bowl and place sliced boiled eggs on top as shown in the picture.
- Combine all other ingredients in a cup and them pour over the sallad.
Nice and simple and GOOD! I will be making this a bunch!! The kids LOVED it !!!!
Very yummy! I actually just made the dressing and poured it over my usual egg salad recipe. It did have a tad to much pepper, but thats the only thing I would change. Thanks!
This was pretty good. I used fat-free half and half instead of cream. Next time I want to try spinach instead of lettuce. I love simple! This could become a regular lunch item at my house.
