Very tasty twist on carrots.
- 1 1⁄2 cups cooked carrots
- 1 (15 ounce) can white pearl onions or 1 cup diced onion
- 4 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1⁄4 cup water
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
- cracker crumb
- Place carrots, onions & soup in a casserole dish and pour water over.
- Top with cheese, butter & crumbs.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
