I decided to try this as a low fat alternative for dessert. My husband loves it and even my two boys devour it!
- 1 (4 ounce) box instant chocolate pudding mix
- 1 (8 ounce) container Cool Whip Lite (thawed)
- 1 prepared reduced fat graham cracker crust
- 1 3⁄4 cups skim milk
- In medium sized bowl whisk together Instant Pudding and milk until dissolved.
- Stir in Cool Whip until well blended.
- Pour into prepared crust.
- Chill in refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
