Ingredients: 60 g butter; 1 1/2 cups self-raising flour; 1/2 cup caster sugar; 1/4 cup cocoa powder; 3/4 cup milk; 1 teaspoon vanilla essence; 1 cup brown sugar; 1/3 cup cocoa powder; 2 cups boiling water; 1/2 cup nuts, of your choice (optional); 1 cup milk chocolate pieces; 60 g butter; 150 g icing sugar; 2 tablespoons cream (or milk)

For Pudding
60 g butter
1 ¹⁄₂ cups self-raising flour
¹⁄₂ cup caster sugar
¹⁄₄ cup cocoa powder
³⁄₄ cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
1 cup brown sugar
¹⁄₃ cup cocoa powder
2 cups boiling water
¹⁄₂ cup nuts, of your choice (optional)
For Chocolate Sauce
1 cup milk chocolate pieces
60 g butter
150 g icing sugar
2 tablespoons cream (or milk)

directions

Combine all ingredients for pudding and mix with an electric mixer on medium for 5 minutes or until smooth. Pour into greased pudding or Pyrex bowl and bake in microwave for 12-15 minutes.
For Sauce:
Melt chocolate with butter in microwave or stove top, mix in icing sugar and add the milk/cream.
Pour over pudding and set in fridge for at least 30 minutes. Serve pudding warm with your favourite ice cream or custard.
