Drambuie Dream

  • 236.59 ml heavy cream, whipped
  • 44.37 ml drambuie
  • 2 egg whites
  • 29.58 ml sugar (more or less to taste)

directions

  • Whip the egg whites until stiff.
  • Fold into whipped cream, along with sugar and Drambuie. Adjust sugar to taste.
  • Serve with fresh strawberries and raspberries.
