  3. Another very flavourful salt recipe, love the name!!! The amount of pepper gives it quite a bite! I did not have any dried dill on hand so I used dill seeds which I crushed slightly. I found this to be very good on pork chops, the meat browned nicely and was very tasty. Updated 03/2010 - I recently used this flavourful salt on pan fried parsnips, the result was delicious!! The contrast of flavours - sweetness of the parsnips, salty and peppery was perfect!
