I made this last night, I chopped the mint (which I will not do again) Tonight I will just put a couple sprigs, so i can remove them the next day. I also took the peel off of the sliced tangerine. I realy liked it!! It was very refreshing! totally making it again tonight!! Looking foward to the results!!

I'm a bit ambivalent about this - I had hoped to really, really like it. It's ok. I know I would like it better if I sweetened it, but that's a bit counterproductive. The tangerine seemed to add a bit of bitterness to the drink - not bad, and I did drink all of it, but not what I was hoping for. I am wondering if it might not work better if I could zest the tangerine, although that might not be so easy to do. I need to get more tangerines to try this again - perhaps I should strain the tangerines out after they sat overnight in the tea? I'll be interested to hear others' experience with this.
