Lots of bold flavor, almost like a cross between salsa and soup! I took Mikekey's advice about it being thin and used only one cup of broth - came out with a nice gazpacho-type consistency. This is as quick to make as tomato soup from the can but much healthier. A cup would not be a filling meal, but nice with a large salad or as a starter to keep you from overeating at the main meal.
This is great soup (but a little too thin, so will cut broth down next time). Made exactly as written. (You suggested just 1 tbls. of chili powder, but mine was pretty mild, so used full amount. ) Would be good with some cumin also. Not sure what the title means, but whatever it is called, it is good!
This soup has a very healthy feel and nice flavour from the fire roasted tomatoes. I found the amount of lime overpowered things a bit for me, I'd probably add less next time, but all in all I enjoyed it. Couldn't be easier, that's for sure!
