Ready, Set, Cook! Hidden Valley Contest Entry. I like this recipe because one morning I visited the San Diego Arthritis Medical Clinic for a regular visit and my Dr., Dr. Gavrilyuk said to his assistance nurse Judith to call 911 and sent me off in an ambulance because I was actually having a Stroke and Bells palsy at his office, thank God they saved my life, so I promised to make them famous by naming my favorite salad after him Dr. Gavrilyuk Chicken Potato Salad it actually was created by my mother whom was killed by a drunk driver , in Dec of 1981. But I'am so fortunate to have a wonderful Doctor that saved my life and I can now enjoy my happiness with the world and Thank God for Doctors and nurses that care!
