Doyle's Mango Dessert

"This recipe was "stolen" from Doyle's restaurant in Sydney Harbor, Australia, where years ago Russel Crowe was a waiter. A woman gave it to the Palm Beach Post."

• 3 mangoes, peeled, sliced and chilled
• 1 quart good quality vanilla ice cream
• 1⁄2 cup approximately Galliano liqueur
• fresh strawberries, sliced for garnish

directions

1. Place mango slices around edge of dessert plate; top with scoop of ice cream and pour Galliano over all. Garnish with the sliced fresh strawberries.
