This recipe was "stolen" from Doyle's restaurant in Sydney Harbor, Australia, where years ago Russel Crowe was a waiter. A woman gave it to the Palm Beach Post.
- 3 mangoes, peeled, sliced and chilled
- 1 quart good quality vanilla ice cream
- 1⁄2 cup approximately Galliano liqueur
- fresh strawberries, sliced for garnish
- Place mango slices around edge of dessert plate; top with scoop of ice cream and pour Galliano over all. Garnish with the sliced fresh strawberries.
