Directions

  1. Put turkey necks, broth, garlic, onion, and seasonings in a pot and bring to a boil. Turn heat down and let simmer for 45 minutes to an hour.
  2. Add green beans; bring back to a boil. Turn down heat and simmer til fork tender or to taste (about 45 - 60 minutes).
  3. Adjust seasonings to taste.

I halved the recipe and used water instead of broth and omitted the salt. Oh my goodness - all I can say is YUMMMMMOOOOO. Enjoyed with skillet jalapeno cornbread. Definitely a repeat dish for me.
