DD loves meatloaf-me not so much. Cut the receipe in 1/2 but followed exactly. Served with mash potatoes, veggies & drizzled a brown gravy over everything. Even I enjoyed it. A simple receipe with basic ingredients & as in this case sometimes less is more!! Thanks!

  1. In a bowl, combine the first 8 ingredients. Crumble beef over mixture and mix well. Press into a greased 9 x 5 x 3 inches loaf pan. Bake at 350 for 1 hour. Spread with ketchup bake 15-20 minutes longer or until a meat thermometer reads 160 and meat is no longer pink. Let stand 10 minutes before slicing. Loaf may be frozen for up to 3 months.
