      Wonderful all in one pan breakfast!! I made one change to it as I didn't add the bell pepper because DS and DH don't like it. For the potatoes I used refrigerated hash browns, so took the lazy route lol!! I could see adding mushrooms and cheese and for me I would like the bell pepper as well!! Thanks for sharing the recipe that all 3 of us enjoyed. Made for Photo Tag Game.

      This was quite easy to make and it was really good. Only thing I might do next time is try and find a more "healthy" type of sausage (if one even exists!) Also, I think this would be a great dish for a brunch.
