I got this recipe from a friend. I have not made it yet, but have eaten her doughnuts with it on them--YUM! I plan to use it the next time I make doughnuts.
- 0.5 (1/4 ounce) package unflavored gelatin
- 1⁄2 cup boiling water
- 2 tablespoons cold water
- 1 lb powdered sugar (sifted)
- Soften 1/2 pkg of gelatin with 2 tablespoons of cold water.
- Add boiling water and then add the powdered sugar; mix till it is smooth.
Good Although I think i really prefer my version-no offence or anything but, yeah, I found this a flavour infusion! Which is good! NB:Doughnut Glazing is my recipe posted on recipeZaar!
