  1. I would love to try this dough enhancer for my gluten free products, I don't know the ratio though, it's unclear whether you add this to 3 cups of mix or 6, or is the amount of no relevance? I really would love to try this but don't want to bomb out at the cost of g/f flours. Thanks so much for sharing.

<p>Trying my hardest to make gluten-free bread and by George, I think she's got it!! Why I thought I needed a machine, it is too easy baking gluten free.
