Very lemony and good.
These are very nice and lemony. This was my first time to make (or eat) lemon bars, so I didn't feel much confidence when baking them. My oven is new, too, and I am not so used to it. For these reasons, it seemed difficult to get the top layer cooked though, or to tell if it was. But I managed somehow, and think it should be easier next time. Thank you very much for posting this recipe.
