My girls friend had made this, I loved it. Nice garlic/dill taste. Great with the CHEESE THINS that I will post as well. But great with assorted fresh vegetables;strips of carrot, green, red or yellow peppers, celery, cauliflower and broccoli florets, mushrooms.

I was looking for a dill dip for a party we hosting to go with the veggies. Were I grew up you served dill dip with veggies but the area we moved to typically supplies a ranch veggie dip. Since I didn't have any mayo I was looking for something without it and decided upon this recipe. It went over at the party very well. I will be making it again!

I used soy sour cream and cream cheese in this and it turned out really good. Best to make this ahead of time to give the flavours a chance to marry. I made this with your crackers and it was really tasty. Great recipe, thanks for posting.

This is one of my adoptee's for PAC. This is a wonderful dip. Very easy to make and perfect when served with oopsmakes3's Cheese Thins (Recipe #91769). There is the perfect amount of "tang" that I like in a dip. This would also be great over salmon. Will use this again!
