- 59.14 ml butter, melted
- 2 eggs
- 236.59 ml cheddar cheese, grated
- 283.49 g frozen corn, thawed and drained
- 118.29 ml cornmeal
- 236.59 ml sour cream
- 14.79 ml sugar
- 4.92 ml salt
- 113.39 g chopped green chilies, drained
- 59.14 ml parmesan cheese, grated
- salsa, for serving
- sour cream, for serving
directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Spray a 7-1/2" by 11-3/4" pan or 2 quart casserole with cooking spray.
- Break the eggs into a medium bowl and beat lightly.
- Add the remaining ingredients except parmesan and mix well.
- Pour into prepared pan and place in oven.
- Bake until firm, about 40 minutes.
- sprinkle with parmesan cheese and bake for 5 more minutes or until cheese melts.
- Serve with salsa and sour cream.
