YUMMY!! These are so chocolaty and delicious!
I used a little over 1/2 cup of pecan pieces instead of the 1 cup of walnuts. I also used 1/2 wheat flour and 1/2 all-purpose flour. I kept the dough in the fridge between baking. Baking time was 9 minutes in my oven. Recipe yielded 3 dozen cookies. My family and friends all loved them.

Very cake-like. Will search for one that is more moist.

These were excellent! They have such a low calorie count but totally satisfy my chocolate craving. Their soft cake-like texture is great and really highlights the crunch of the nuts. The zucchini sneaks in and donates only the moisture with no stringiness or odd vegetable flavor. Adding to my cookbook for sure!

These had great flavor. I used white chocolate chips instead of semi-sweet. I liked the cookies without nuts which is odd because I love nuts but these tasted better to me without. DD who is 2 also really liked these with and without nuts.

What a decadent cookie! I doubled my recipe completely and omitted nuts. I used half wheat/half white flour with fine results. Mine baked in about 8 minutes, so watch your time carefully. They are an absolute keeper!

My kindergartener who doesn't eat any vegetables any more is perfectly happy to eat these cookies. Hurrah! He doesn't eat nuts, so I didn't add walnuts. Soft, light cookie; chocolately with chocolate chips and barely distinguishable grated zucchini.

These were very good! Slightly crunchy on the outside and very soft on the inside. One of my sons declared these to be his "second favorite cookie ever!" First batch was with nuts; second without. I prefer the nuts, but they're almost as good without. Unlike some other recipes, the cinnamon doesn't assault you. Definitely a keeper!

These are very good. My four year old daughter loves them. I got 30 cookies and "some cookies that aren't ready yet; consumed by the 4 year old" lol. My first batch was a tad brown on the bottom at 10 minutes so I am cooking the second for only 9. These are so good I'm rating them while the second pan cooks. Thanks for posting. I hope to get some more zucchini from the garden before the season ends.
