Double Chocolate Chip Cookies

• Yields: 24-30 cookies
• Serves: 1

ingredients

• 1 cup butter
• 1 cup sugar
• 1⁄2 cup brown sugar, packed
• 1⁄2 cup cocoa
• 1 egg
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 3 tablespoons milk
• 2 cups flour
• 1 -2 cup chocolate chips

directions

1. Cream butter and combine sugars.
2. Beat in egg.
3. Add cocoa.
4. Mix in baking soda and vanilla.
5. Add all of the flour.
6. Stir in milk.
7. Add chocolate chips.
8. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 15-20 minutes.

The batter, key word batter, tasted good, but the consistency was worrisome. The cookies themselves were decent, not the best i've had but they were good. The prep time was a lot longer then expected but easy.

Made for Spring PAC 2008: Very easy recipe and so yummy chocolately! This recipe made about 4 1/2 dozen cookies for me. Since the recipe didn't indicate what temp and for how long I baked them at 375 degrees for 10 minutes and I am enjoying some chocolately goodness! Include the time & temp in your recipe and I'll definately be making these again!
