- 1 cup nonfat milk
- 1 (6 ounce) carton lemon low fat yogurt
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 cup frozen blackberrie
- 1 -2 tablespoon honey or 1 -2 tablespoon sugar
- In blender, combine milk and yogurt; add frozen blueberries, blackberries and honey. Cover and blend until smooth.
This was a good recipe, a bit on the tart side but we played around and added spenda to 1 batch then decided to go hog wild and added vanilla ice cream, The kids loved them. I like the tart wake me up feeling but the kids liked it sweeter. Thanks for the recipe Karen
