Simple concoction that can be eaten as is, or thrown in the freezer for a bit to make more of a sorbet. Gluten and dairy free. I prepare this with an immersion blender. Adjust ice and coconut milk (I use So Delicious unsweetened) as preferred. I don't measure, I just eyball it. I buy my raspberries fresh and then freeze
- 236.59 ml frozen black raspberries
- 118.29 ml blueberries
- 1 banana
- 118.29 ml unsweetened coconut milk
- 177.44 ml crushed ice
- Place all ingredients in blender, and blend until smooth.
- Raspberries must be frozen for the consistency to come out right.
