I got this recipe out of a "Woman's World" magazine, 2005. This is a delicious recipe for egg salad!
- 8 hard-boiled eggs, shelled, chopped
- 7 large pimento stuffed olives, minced, 1/3 cup
- 5 tablespoons mayonnaise
- salt and pepper, to taste
- 6 slices rye bread
- Combine eggs and olives.
- Stir in mayonnaise.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve on rye bread.
