"Two Fudge Recipes DOT'S CREAMY FUDGE"

 

• Ingredients: 6
• Yields: 5 pounds

ingredients

• 1 lb margarine
• 1 lb Velveeta cheese
• 1 tablespoon vanilla
• 4 lbs powdered sugar
• 1 cup cocoa
• 1 cup nuts, chopped

directions

1. Melt margarine, Velveeta cheese and vanilla in double boiler.
2. Remove from heat. Add powdered sugar, cocoa and nuts.
3. Mix together well.
4. This sets up fast. Press in buttered casserole dish.
5. Makes about 5 pounds good fudge.
