- 680.38 g chicken breasts, cooked
- 2 (609.51 g) can creamy chicken verde soup
- 283.49 g can Rotel Tomatoes
- 473.18 ml frozen corn
- 236.59 ml monterey jack pepper cheese, shredded
- 236.59 ml milk
- 4 green onions
- 453.59 g bag nacho cheese flavor Doritos
directions
- Put the cooked chicken on the bottom of a large, greased casserole dish.
- Put crushed Doritos on top of chicken.
- Put the chopped green onion next and the corn.
- Mix the soup with the milk and tomatoes.
- Pour over the corn.
- Top with cheese.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 30-45 minutes.

Very good casserole dish. My supermarket did not have creamy chicken verde soup, so I used cream of chicken and a can of diced tomatoes with green chiles instead. I think next time I might add some bell peppers as well. Oh, and I threw it over a little bit of rice, which was tasty. Thanks for posting.

This was pretty good. I cut the recipe in half and baked in an 11x7 dish. Wasn't able to find the verde soup (which surprised me - I can usually find anything around here!) so just used regular cream of chicken soup. Also used regular jack cheese instead of pepper jack (and used a little extra). Made for a quick and easy dinner. Thanks for the recipe!
