  • Preheat deep frying oil to 375-400 degrees.
  • Mix all dry ingredients together. Slowly add enough cold water to make a stiff dough. You may not need all the water.
  • Roll dough into walnut size balls.
  • Drop a few at a time in oil and cook till golden brown. Drain on paper towels.
  • Roll in cinnamon sugar mix or powdered sugar. I also like these rolled in cocoa powder!

I live in a small quiet town (you know the type...like Mayberry! :) I have a wonderful husband and have been married since October of 2004. We live with my mom and dad at the moment since we have a new addition to our family. Our baby boy Joseph was born March 22, 2007. But we are soon moving into our own place. Our favorite foods are fish, pasta, and vegetables of any kind. We are just a country cooking couple!
