Great moist "burgers". A nice alternative to beef, use the Worcestershire sauce to your taste, but I usually do about 8 shakes--the secret to the moist burger!

Yum, yum, yummy!!! These were very moist and tasty burgers. I did as you suggested and used green onion. They have a little stronger flavor and we really liked it. We cooked these on the grill and served on grilled buns. The whole family gave your burgers 5-stars. Thanks Donna.
- 2 lbs ground turkey
- 1⁄2 red bell pepper, minced
- 1⁄2 onion, minced
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 large egg
- 1 slice white bread, torn into small pieces
- 8 dashes lea and perrins worcestershire sauce for chicken
- cayenne, for a nice kick
