- 118.29 ml canned black beans, drained
- 44.37 ml butter, melted
- 2 eggs
- 236.59 ml sugar
- 78.78 ml cocoa
- 4.92 ml vanilla
- 2.46 ml baking soda
- 2.46 ml salt
- 118.29 ml flour
- 591.47 ml rolled oats
- 177.44 ml flour
- 177.44 ml brown sugar
- 2.46 ml baking soda
- 118.29 ml butter
directions
- preheat oven to 350°F.
- In food processor, puree beans with melted butter. Beat with eggs in large bowl.
- Add sugar, cocoa, vanilla, baking soda, and salt. Add flour and mix until well blended.
- In a large bowl, mix remaining ingredients.
- Take out 1 cup of mixture. Press remaining into greased pan. Spoon original mixture on the oatmeal mix. Crumble remaining mix onto bean mixture. Bake 30 minutes or until middle comes out clean.
