I found this recipe on the back of a Dole pineapple juice can. DH and I really enjoy it and it makes a super-quick healthy drink any time of the day.

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 15 14 ounces dole's tropical fruit, undrained (1 can)
  • 1 cup nonfat vanilla yogurt
  • 34 cup pineapple juice
  • 1 small banana
  • 34 cup ice cube


  1. Combine tropical fruit, yogurt, pineapple juice, banana, and ice cubes in blender or food processor container. Cover, blend until smooth.
