I found this recipe on the back of a Dole pineapple juice can. DH and I really enjoy it and it makes a super-quick healthy drink any time of the day.
- 15 1⁄4 ounces dole's tropical fruit, undrained (1 can)
- 1 cup nonfat vanilla yogurt
- 3⁄4 cup pineapple juice
- 1 small banana
- 3⁄4 cup ice cube
- Combine tropical fruit, yogurt, pineapple juice, banana, and ice cubes in blender or food processor container. Cover, blend until smooth.
A wonderful smoothie to relax with!! Full of flavor!! I felt the pineapple juice really made this beverage. Prepared as a participant in the Aus/NZ Swap #40 May 2010 Event.
