Ingredients Nutrition

  • 5 ounces cooked white fish fillets (no bones!!!)
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1 13 cups cooked brown rice
  • 1 large egg

Directions

  1. Place oil in pan, when heated stir in rice.
  2. Crumble in fish, stirring all the time.
  3. Add egg stirring vigorously.
  4. When egg is cooked, remove pan from heat and let cool.
  5. Serve.
