- 5 ounces cooked white fish fillets (no bones!!!)
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 1⁄3 cups cooked brown rice
- 1 large egg
- Place oil in pan, when heated stir in rice.
- Crumble in fish, stirring all the time.
- Add egg stirring vigorously.
- When egg is cooked, remove pan from heat and let cool.
