Dog Burger Sausage Sandwiches

"A long time family favorite and a tradition on Halloween. The original name of the recipe was "Mixed Grill Firenze" but my kids didn't think that was very appealing, so they changed the name. This recipe is very easy to double, triple, etc. Great for picnics kept warm in a crockpot."

I got interested in cooking watching Julia Child in the 60's and have been hooked ever since. My family (husband, 3 grown kids) have enjoyed my successes and endured my failures for 38 years. I'm recently retired and because of Recipezaar, I'm trying many new and exciting recipes.
