  1. Whirl all ingredients in a food processor or blender, scraping down sides as needed, until pureed, 1 to 2 minutes.
  2. Use immediately or refrigerate in a jar for up to a month.
  3. * Storage tip - Freeze in a plastic-wrapped ice cube tray. Pop out and store in a freezer bag. Makes 9 cubes.

Delicious! This was very quick and easy to make, with tons of flavor. Much better than the store bought variety. I've never had red curry paste before so I don't know if this is "right" but as my dad used to say, this will put hair on your chest. Made for ZWT9.
