Found this recipe in an old Better Homes and Gardens Cook Book from 1965. It is good warm out of the oven as a side dish or can be used as a dessert. Probably could be put in a pie shell and make a sweet potato pie. It is a favorite of our family.

  1. Mash 2 cups sweet potatoes.
  2. Beat 2 eggs
  3. Thoroughly combine mashed sweet potaoes, beaten eggs, broken pecans, honey, and teaspoon salt.
  4. Pour into greased 8 inch round baking dish.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes.
  6. Trim with extra pecans.
